Taterra is a holistic health platform offering a range of services. Courtney Harrington formed Taterra with a deep love for herbalism, empowering women, and the joy of working with others on their path to holistic harmony.

Here you will discover the magic of the earth and how to live a nourishing life. Through movement, breathwork, and learning the lessons from the land. Connecting the modern world to your ancestral knowledge within.

Courtney is a certified yoga teacher whose focus is in Hatha, to combined intentional movement and mindful strength. She is an evolving herbalist, continuously seeking more education to learn the language of the plants.

Taterra Yoga

  • Currently, all yoga offerings are held online and for free! On the Taterra Yoga link you can access a variety of content with new classes being added regularly.

  • Courtney will be the guide for all of the Taterra yoga classes. She has a focus in Hatha yoga, expect breath led and guided movement. There are classes with themes and flows for all interests (EX: Slow flow, energizing Hatha, opening the heart chakra, morning movement).

    Suggestions for themes or inquiries about classes are appreciated!
